The current Managing Director at Online Behaviours Ltd, Patrick started his career as a primary school teacher, progressing to Deputy Head. He continued his career working for Wolverhampton local authority as part of a national award-winning team supporting schools with Ed Tech.

Patrick is also a Chair of Governors in two schools and Trustee of a MAT.
Mark is an experienced Primary Phase teacher and PSHE co-ordinator with a background in qualitative research, psychological wellbeing and behaviour support.
Mark graduated from the University of Lincoln with a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology with Clinical Psychology, receiving the British Psychology Society Prize for his dissertation research.
Following this, he worked for Wolverhampton City Council’s Behaviour and Mental Health Support Team across a wide range of Primary and Secondary schools within the Wolverhampton Locality. Mark’s work with children at risk of permanent exclusion, challenging behaviour and mental health difficulties led to a role within the Educational Psychology Service as an Assistant Psychologist. Mark’s work included 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions, resource development, whole-school research and assessment.
Mark’s key areas of interest include all areas of Inclusion and SEND, mental wellbeing, Harmful Sexual Behaviour Support, and the impact of qualitative research on influencing organisational practice and culture.
